Your Cozey mattress has a 15-year limited warranty that starts on your delivery date. It covers the original purchaser of a new mattress bought from Cozey or an authorized retailer, and it can't be transferred to a new owner except where the law requires it. This warranty is in addition to your rights under local consumer protection laws.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use:
- Permanent body impressions: dips deeper than 1" (2.54 cm) on all-foam mattresses or 2" (5.08 cm) on hybrids, measured with no weight on the mattress and with an appropriate support system used
- Foam defects: abnormal splitting, cracking or breakdown
- Structural defects: manufacturing defects in internal parts like springs or coils
What isn't covered?
- Normal wear, natural softening or a change in comfort preference (some softening is normal as a mattress breaks in)
- Body impressions at or below the thresholds above
- Stains, burns, tears, liquid or other accidental damage
- Damage from misuse, improper handling, modifications, inadequate support or not following care instructions
- Commercial or institutional use, unless Cozey agrees otherwise
If an excluded condition is present, any unrelated manufacturing defect can still be covered.
