I love my chair! The seat could be (and will be) a bit softer, which I expect will happen once it’s being used regularly. It looks sharp, nice amount of room to get comfortable
After years of searching, I finally found the perfect sofa to suit my taste and place -- a dark velvet green loveseat. Customer service was great -- in-person, over the phone, and by online chat with a real person. No AI chatbots involved. It was nice to support a Montreal company, too. Being able to sit on the sofa and feel the fabric in person at the Vancouver pop-up store was helpful in confirming my decision to buy. Delivery was fast because of the local warehouse near Vancouver BC, which was great when you need to sell your old sofa before buying a new one, and you have to sit on a lawn chair for a couple of days while eagerly waiting for my awesome new sofa!

Great, firm sofa that doesn’t sit too low to the ground. I’m 5’3” and comfortable, and my hubster is 6’7” is also comfortable. If I had one complaint it is the type of woven fabric used because little cat claws really catch. If there were any new, more pet friendly fabrics available in the future, I’d love it if a few became available as slip cover/cushion cover sets.
The couch seems to be good quality. The assembly instructions are very poor and need to be improved with more detailed instructions and assembly graphics. Also dealing with customer service for assembly help by email is agitating and agrivating. What happened to a human voice at the other end of a phone? With all this said, Christine in the Vancouver pop up was superb in helping us purchase our couch. In addition we we have ordered and received 2 sets of round pillows and a pillow set and throw. I just ordered 3 lumbar pillows to be delivered. All in all satisfied except for the items I mentioned.
So soft and comfortable, the colour is great as well!
